New Jersey got some new talented upcoming independent artists; names like Lily Massie and  Semii  but there's another Jersey-native artist coming up and this young kid is really dope. He came across on social media to chat with me about finding his own lane as a young artist. NJ's new native  Rio Kwess, he just released his debut four-track EP Quarter 1 Music. This project fills with new wave beats produced by Flip, Kloud, Young Antho and Mark Niels.  In my own opinion, I believe in Rio and I can see him making his way in the music industry, signed to RCA Records or any label that fits right for him. If I had my own independent label, I would most definitely sign Rio because I believe in him 100%! I have been following up on this young female emcee Semii  for a year and I first discovered her on RnBass when she put out her song "Bait", I was feeling the vibe of her sound. Semii and I been chatting and talking about her music career, and much more and she's working on more new music, hopefully a mix-tape or an EP soon. Oakland, CA rapper Ivan B  been doing his thing independently a while and he's doing it very well. When I first listened to Ivan's music, his music isn't like that type you can play in a club or anything, his music is that type of sound that has the life struggle. The last latest mix-tape Ivan put out was his 2016 Layers of Reflection  but last week, the rapper released his first debut album Forgive Me for My Honesty.  This new album revealed with 12 new tracks with once feature from Keith Fontano, production by Kevin Peterson and co-production/engineered by Keith Fontano.
