Now I've been rocking with MANN for a long while right now and every time I see him being featured on other artist's track or he's releasing his own music, he's always killing it. Last time I listen to MANN was when he was featured on Tha-Alumni's own Sean Brown's track "Good Old Days" off his Mascot mix-tape and the last mix-tape I download from MANN was his "The Expansion Tape", that project is still dope. West-Coast rapper MANN been telling his fans about this new FREE album "The Grey Area" is going to be crazy when it drops and yet he just released it just today sponsored by the best hip-hop music website HotNewHipHop. This new "The Grey Area" album has 10 new awesome tracks and features from Dizzy Wright and BEeFF and I really expect everyone to download this new project and show lots of support to MANN and show love to his music career.

(New Ivan Album) @IvanBnw "Layers Of Reflection"

What's up everyone? I been listening to new upcoming Bay Area music artists for awhile; artists like Marteen Estevez, Kehlani and much more but this artist who've I been listening to for a while now is Ivan B. Who is Ivan B? He's a young 20 year old coming straight out of the Bay Area and when I start listening to Ivan was from his second project Finding Better Places  and my favorite song on that project was Edge of the World featuring Niykee Heaton. I would say that project happens to be my favorite but his new third album he just dropped Layers of Reflection  is my most favorite right now.  There are twenty-two new tracks plus the two new singles Price Tag and One Time Together featuring Marie Elizabeth.
